Kinsey Institute Interdisciplinary Seminar: The Kinsey Institute for Research in Sex, Gender, and Reproduction at Indiana University, is hosting an Interdisciplinary Seminar on Monday, May 4, 2009 from noon to 1:15 p.m. titled May I? On Love and Sexuality in a New Generation of Young People with Intellectual Disabilities. Charlotta Lofgren-Martenson, Senior Lecturer in Health and Society, Malmo University, Sweden will be the feature speaker. The Seminar will be held in the Kinsey Institute Conference Room, Morrison Hall, 3rd Floor. The Seminar is free and open to the public. Joy In Our Town Public Affairs TV Presentation on Autism: Cathy Pratt, Center Director for the Institute’s Indiana Resource Center for Autism has been invited by WCLJ-TV Channel 42, Bloomington – Indianapolis, to address issues related to autism spectrum disorders.
The program entitled Joy In Our Town, will air Friday, May 8th at 1:00 p.m. and again on Monday, May 11 at 11:30 a.m. Joy in Our Town is a local public affairs presentation of WCLJ-TV serving south central Indiana.
