Inclusion of Older Adults Within Everyday Community Life

Donna, a 65 year-old woman, is seen and interviewed working at a full time job in a competitive employment setting that fulfills her lifelong ambition for a "real" job. Robert, who has a preference for partial retirement is seen attending a senior nutrition site where he has built up a circle of friends.
