What happened to my site location?

The October 18th Audio Conference marks the beginning of the 2011 -2012 ADA Audio Conference season.

In September, ADA-Indiana issued a Request for Applications for new audio conference sites. We approved sponsoring ALL nine (9) of the site applicants this year. (The West Lafayette site location is sponsored by the Purdue University Office of Institutional Equity.)

Can't make it to one of the Hosted Site Locations?

Telephone Option (Low Cost per Session)

If you are not able to attend at an ADA-Indiana sponsored or other site location (which are free and open to the public), individuals and organizations can register for the Teleconference Option for the Audio Conference session by going to the ADA National Network's ADA Audio Conference Series website. There is a cost depending on whether your organization is a not-for-profit or for profit.

Streaming Audio Option (Free)

For the 2011-2012 Audio Conference season, the ADA National Network is offering the streaming audio version of the Audio Conference at no cost. It's FREE. The Audio Conference session is "streamed" via a web conferencing platform. You would need access to a high-speed Internet connection. Again, registration is available at the ADA National Network's ADA Audio Conference Series website.

There is a cut-off time for registration for the individual session. Generally, it's the Monday at noon (Central Time) before the Audio Conference. Please contact us if you require more information.

Archives of Past Sessions

Did you miss a session? The ADA National Network maintains an archive section of past audio conference sessions on their website. The archives include the sound recording (available in Windows Media Player and Real Player), transcript, and the materials distributed for each session. Visit the archives on the ADA National Network's website.
