The ADA National Network's 20th Anniversary of the ADA features interviews with individuals talking about the difference the Americans with Disabilities Act has made in the lives of people with disabilities. (We added it to ADA-Indiana's 20th Anniversary Celebration YouTube Playlist!)
The ADA National Network is made up of ten regional centers funded by the U.S. Department of Education through the National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research. The ADA Center that serves Indiana is the DBTAC: Great Lakes ADA Center, one of ADA-Indiana's funding sources.
The ADA National Network has created several Public Service Announcements for the upcoming 20th Anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act. View ADA-Indiana's Playlist of the YouTube PSA's from the ADA National Network and visit their YouTube Channel.
The U.S. Department of Justice maintains videos of the actual signing ceremony on their website (22 minute video).
From the Department of Justice's Video Gallery:
This video documents the speech given by President George H. W. Bush when he signed the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) into law on July 26, 1990. In the video, President Bush speaks to a huge audience of activists, Congressional supporters, people with disabilities, and their families and friends gathered on the south lawn of the White House.
