ADA and Accessibility Resources for Hotels

NEW - Hospitality and the ADA Training

On August 11, 2009 ADA-Indiana hosted a training for hotel personnel. Our featured speaker/trainer for the day was Marian Vessels, the Project Director of the Hospitality Initiative of the National Network of ADA Centers and a national expert in the area of Hospitality.

Please visit the Hospitality Initiative website for a variety of web-based resources for hotel and other hospitality industries: http://www.adainfo.org/hospitality/. At our training, Ms. Vessels encouraged hotels to incorporate parts of the Hotel Customer Service Training Package into their staff training, and directed participants to download the Hotel Customer Service Training Package which has a PowerPoint, Script, and other resources.
