Training on the Americans with Disabilities Act

Training for Beginners

ADA Basic Building Blocks

The ADA National Network developed the "ADA Basic Building Blocks" to be an introductory webcourse on the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA). The course covers the purpose of the ADA , the five Titles, and provides examples of applying the ADA to different situations. There are also multiple choice self-tests, a glossary of terms and acronyms, and other resources.

This is a free course but you will need to create an account. This is helpful because you can track your progress through the course. Try the "ADA Basic Building Blocks" course.

The ADA Audio Conference Series is a monthly training on the ADA offered by ADA-Indiana in three locations: Bloomington, Gary, and Indianapolis. There are also other site locations that are free and open to the public. Visit our AUDIO CONFERENCE page to find out more about upcoming sessions and find a location near you.
