Participate in this survey to help identify critical barriers that Indiana Protection and Advocacy Services (IPAS) should consider in targeting their advocacy efforts - barriers that you believe, if eliminated or reduced, would enable people with disabilities to live, learn, work, and participate in their communities.

2013 Indiana Disability Poll: Focus on Health Issues has ended

Thanks for your participation in this year's Indiana Disability Poll. The survey was closed on May 31th, 2013, and close to 400 people with disabilities, family members and disability advocates provided information on their experience in accessing health care and sustaining a healthy lifestyle.

The Indiana Disability Poll is a collaborative effort between the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community at Indiana University – Bloomington, the Indiana Governor’s Council for People with Disabilities, and Indiana Protection and Advocacy Services (IPAS).
