2013 Indiana Disability Poll: Focus on Health Issues

This year's Indiana Disability Poll is focusing on health issues faced by Hoosiers with disabilities. People with disabilities, their family members and disability advocates are being asked to provide information on their experience in accessing health care and sustaining a healthy lifestyle.

The Indiana Disability Poll is a collaborative effort between the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community at Indiana University – Bloomington, the Indiana Governor’s Council for People with Disabilities, and Indiana Protection and Advocacy Services (IPAS).

IPAS Critical Barriers Survey

Participate in this survey to help identify critical barriers that Indiana Protection and Advocacy Services (IPAS) should consider in targeting their advocacy efforts - barriers that you believe, if eliminated or reduced, would enable people with disabilities to live, learn, work, and participate in their communities.
