2012 Indiana Disability Poll: Livable Communities |
||
You are invited to complete this poll about Indiana’s communities. We seek to identify the current state of services, programs, and supports for people with disabilities in their communities with the goal of fostering independence, choice, and control for people with disabilities. The purpose of this poll is to ask people with disabilities, family members, and professionals in the disability field to share their thoughts about how “livable” Indiana communities are for people with disabilities. The results will be used to help guide programs in local communities and around the State. For alternative formats or if you have questions about the survey, please e-mail Jeffrey Chait or call (812) 855-6508. |
