Medicaid cannot pay.
Each month when your
medical expenses
equal or exceed your
spend-down amount,
Medicaid can help
pay your remaining
medical expenses.

A: Care Select is a
Medicaid program for
individuals who are
aged, blind and
disabled,
fully implemented in
Indiana in June
2008. This program
provides care
coordination,
disease management
and utilization
management to many
individuals who
receive Medicaid.
The program will
provide coaching,
education and care
management to
individuals to lead
healthier, more
productive lives.
