Team Building for Community Builders

This topic complements the "Sustaining a self: a paradigm for dementia care" training on the content of community building by helping agencies get their staff members working as a team. The sessions will focus on laying the foundation for effective team work by:

  • Establishing your team identity
  • Creating vision and mission statements
  • Defining your goals, ground rules and team member roles

The training will be developed according to the issues which you identify as important to your team.

A series of sessions is the recommended format.
