Planning and Policy Activities


Activities in the Center for Planning and Policy Studies target all types of "communities" committed to creating a better present and future for people with disabilities.

These "communities" may be governmental entities such as cities or towns, individual organizations such as schools or community agencies, higher education communities such as departments or task forces, and state government itself.

Of special interest to the Center are interagency, interdisciplinary, or multi-constituency groups that have come together or need to come together as a "community" to collaboratively resolve a problem or create a new future.
