IPAS Critical Barriers Survey


Participate in this survey to help identify critical barriers that Indiana Protection and Advocacy Services (IPAS) should consider in targeting their advocacy efforts - barriers that you believe, if eliminated or reduced, would enable people with disabilities to live, learn, work, and participate in their communities.

2009 Indiana Disability Poll: A Focus on Transportation

Transportation is the issue being addressed in Indiana’s 2009 Disability Poll. People with disabilities and family members in Indiana are invited to share their experiences and ideas with regards transportation in their communities.

The Indiana Disability Poll is a joint project of the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community, the Indiana Governor’s Council on People with Disabilities, and Indiana Protection and Advocacy Services.

Past Surveys

Indiana Town Hall Survey

Indiana is replicating the Town Hall Survey that was given at the Alliance for Full Participation Summit last September in Washington, DC. This survey is intended for people with disabilities or their representatives.


Criminal Justice System Feedback 

The Indiana Partners in Justice Coalition is seeking information to help people with disabilities who are or may become involved with the criminal justice system. If you are a family member of a person with a disability, a person with a disability, or a provider, please share you ideas in this short survey.
