Collaborative Work Lab History

The Collaborative Work Lab has been providing electronic meeting facilitation since 1986.

The CWLab is located at Indiana University's Indiana Institute on Disability and Community and is administered through the Institute's Center for Planning and Policy Studies.

The CWLab was developed originally as a joint effort between Indiana Institute on Disability and Community, the Institute for Research in Management and Information Services (IRMIS), and Indiana University's School of Business (IUBUS).

The CWLab facilities and staff have supported more than 2,000 sessions of group planning, negotiation, and decision-making at all levels of community, state, and nationally.
