Transition IEP Review: Lessons from Across Indiana
This webinar presentsd a three-part transition assessment process for students with severe and multiple disabilities to facilitate development of postsecondary and annual transition goals. It begins with a brief discussion on recognizing abilities and expectations of students with sever and multiple disabilities, and will examine what makes a satisfyiung life. Next, the three-part transition assessment process will be disctribed. Free or inexpensive materials will be presented as a way to assist with independent living, vocational , and self-determination assesmenst. Suggestions will be provided on how to use transition assessment results to develop post-secondary and annual transition goals.
