Our Staff
Faith Thomas is a Project Coordinator at the Center on Community Living and Careers. Her professional work has focused on secondary transition and collaboration with students, families, school and adult service staff. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Public Affairs (1990) and a Masters in education (1998) with a concentration in transition.
