As Fiscal Officer, Harriet Figg collaborates with the Institute’s Director in managing and administering the financial, human resources, and physical facility responsibilities of the Institute. The Institute currently employs approximately 65 full time faculty, staff, students, and hourlies and manages several million in funding from the state of Indiana, grants, and contracts. Figg as liaison with Indiana University Office of Research Administration, supports the management of the Institute with submission of all proposals for approval, assists with grant guidelines and submission, and acts as point of contact within the Indiana University financial system.
