Barbara Horvath has been with the Institute for 13 years. Her current efforts are focused on both providing professional development opportunities to teachers in Indiana on the Universal Design for Differentiated Instruction framework and on Teacher Appraisal Systems. She has served as the Director of the Lilly Endowment funded Monroe County CAPE grant where her passion for birth to five learning and family engagement in schools grew to embed those areas into her current work with schools.
