Jim has been an educator for almost thirty years. He has been an environmental educator, elementary classroom teacher, elementary principal, an official with the Indiana Department of Education, an education researcher and consultant. As a school administrator Jim worked to develop a PBS program for his school. Jim has worked with teachers across Indiana on improving literacy instruction, differentiated instruction, response to intervention, and data based decision making.
