What if I need to use a Purchase Order?

Purchase Orders are accepted through the e-store. Please follow up online PO purchases by faxing POs to 812-855-9630, emailing them to cedir@indiana.edu, or mailing them to the address below. We do not accept purchase orders over the phone.

What if my organization is tax exempt?

A sales tax of 7.0% is added to each order billed to an Indiana address.
Indiana tax exempt orders are accepted and may be faxed to 812-855-9630 or mailed to the address below.

What if I want to send a check?

Checks should be made payable to "Indiana University" and mailed to:

What if I don't live in the U.S.?

We have noticed some issues with international zip codes in our store. When zip codes are formatted any way other than a U.S. format, it causes problems and payments will not go through. To get around this issue, please add a dash after the fifth number in your zip code to mimic the U.S. format or simply remove the dashes altogether.

Foreign orders are accepted through the e-store and must be paid in U.S. funds. Foreign orders will incur additional charges for shipping.

What is your return policy?

Our materials may be returned at the customer's expense within 30 days of shipment if the items are in re-saleable condition.

Which credit cards do you accept?

This store accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
