What if I need to use a Purchase Order?

Purchase Orders are accepted and may be faxed to 812-855-9630 or mailed to the address below. We cannot accept purchase orders over the phone.

What if my organization is tax exempt?

A sales tax of 7.0% is added to each order billed to an Indiana address.
Indiana tax exempt orders are accepted and may be faxed to 812-855-9630 or mailed to the address below.

What if I want to send a check?

Checks should be made payable to "Indiana University" and mailed to:

What if I don't live in the US?

Foreign orders must be paid in U.S. funds. Foreign orders will be charged an additional 5% for shipping.

What is your return policy?

Our materials may be returned at the customer's expense within 30 days of shipment if the items are in re-saleable condition.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
