Welcome to the Indiana Direct Support Professional Website!
The Indiana Direct Support Professional (DSP) Initiative is a collaborative effort between the Division on Disability and Rehabilitative Services, The Center on Community Living and Careers, INTrain, service providers, professional organizations, advocates, Direct Support Professionals, self-advocates, families, Ivy Tech Community College, and a wide range of state agencies designed to improve the recruitment and retention of DSP’s in Indiana. Nine Provider organizations are leading the way with funds to professionalize and educate their new and existing Direct Support Professionals over the next three years.
