Corporation for National and Community Service

Voicing Experiences through Service (VETS) is a Program of National Significance, funded by the Corporation for National and Community Service and housed at the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community, Indiana University, Bloomington.

VETS supports youth with disabilities (ages 14-21) as they build relationships with veterans and collaboratively record oral histories.  These histories will be submitted to our partners at the National Veteran’s History Project at the Library of Congress.

The VETS project is partnering with schools in Indiana, Maryland and Vermont in this exciting effort.
