Disability Information and Referral
The Center for Disability Information and Referral provides access to disability-related information through print, non-print, and human
resources. Information is available designed to:
Empower people with disabilities and
their families to advocate for better
services and quality of life;
Foster best practices for preservice and practicing professionals; and
Inform decision makers about current trends and policies.
An extensive Reference Collection comprised of electronic and print
materials is available to assist in the Institute’s response to requests for
disability-related information. Resources
can be accessed by Indiana residents
in person, via a toll-free 1-800 number, electronically through e-mail, and by text telephone (TTY).
