Nona Henderson is a Research Associate at the Eppley Institute for Parks and Public Lands, a unit of the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community at Indiana University.

Henderson’s main role is developing training in interpretation. She leads the Eppley partnership with the National Association for Interpretation. Additionally, she works with the National Park Service on training for the facility management division, Yellowstone National Park on training for its Snowmobile Education Course, and the Arthur Carhart Wilderness Training Center on wilderness courses.

Degrees

Henderson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and a Master of Library Science, both from Indiana University.
