Leann Rae Sears serves as finance manager for the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community. She supports various financial functions and projects in support of the Institute’s greater mission, in collaboration and coordination with administrative staff, center directors, and grant/ research primary investigators.

Sears has served Indiana University as a financial administrator since 2011, across academic, central administration, and research administration areas throughout that time.  Having joined the IIDC in December of 2022, Leann is grateful and invigorated to have found a home back in support of research administration, and more specifically for the IIDC, supporting its mission and real-world positive impacts for Hoosiers across the state.
