Findings, Measures & Resources
Research made usable
Explore findings, measures, reports, presentations, and research-linked resources developed through CBSI, HANDS in Autism®, cross-center work, and research partnerships.
Multiple Formats for Different Decisions
Find the level of detail and type of product you need
A journal article, community summary, implementation tool, measure, presentation, legislative report, and data document serve different purposes. Use the searchable collection to find the level of detail and type of product you need. Each item identifies its topic, source, audience, date, format, access conditions, and appropriate use and connects plain-language findings with the full product or a related resource when available.

Using Measures Responsibly
Purpose, evidence, permissions, and limitations belong with every measure
Each measure, survey, or assessment listing identifies its purpose, developer and source, intended users and settings, evidence, administration and scoring guidance, permissions or costs, accessibility and language information, and limits on interpretation. Listings distinguish CBSI or HANDS products from IRCA, IIDC, partner, or third-party tools and state when training, permission, additional expertise, or a data-use agreement is required.
From a Finding to a Practical Resource
Connect evidence with tools for use
When research identifies a useful lesson, CBSI may translate it into a summary, decision guide, training module, implementation tool, coaching resource, or data-feedback process. Each translated resource links to the underlying evidence and explains what is established, what remains uncertain, and how context may affect use. Research products are housed here; related practical tools may also appear in Resources with reciprocal links.
