Youth and adults interested in learning more about self-employment are invited to attend the Road to Self-Employment, a free, online training, November 3-4. Traveling on the Road, attendees will learn about business plans, funding, marketing, benefits, and making it all work. They'll also hear from Indiana entrepreneurs with disabilities who are successfully running their own businesses.
This two-day workshop, presented via Zoom by Griffin Hammis Associates, is interactive and designed for transitioning students and young adults with disabilities and their families and supporters.
Attendees should note: This is the final opportunity to participate in self-employment training offered by IIDC's Center on Community Living and Careers.
The ABCs of Self-Employment and Road to Self-Employment trainings, offered to Hoosiers for the past two years, have been sponsored by the Indiana Governor’s Council for People with Disabilities.
