IIDC's Center on Community Living and Careers (CCLC) is distributing the annual Post-school Outcomes Survey to students with IEPs who've left high school during or just after the 2019-2020 school year. The survey is an opportunity for students to relay their experiences about their transition to adulthood after leaving high school.
Working with the Indiana Department of Education's Office of Special Education, CCLC gathers information from Indiana families and students around the state on any work experiences, training or postsecondary education they may have participated in since leaving high school. Students participating in the survey may have dropped out of school, graduated with a diploma, or left school with a Certificate of Completion.
Although CCLC has been distributing the survey to a random selection of students and families, community service providers, disability support professionals, and family advocacy organizations can help as well. If your agency/organization is working with individuals who left school in the 2019-2020 school year, you are encouraged to distribute the following survey link and QR code as well.
