HCBS Reporting/ Policy Analyst (BDS)
Alec Fulayter serves as the HCBS Reporting and Policy Analyst for the Bureau of Disabilities Services within the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration. He earned Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and in Sociology from Purdue University in 2023 and a Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree from the University of Maryland in 2025. At Purdue, Alec supported LTHC Homeless Services in securing eligibility for state grants that enhanced their ability to serve unhoused individuals in the region. During his graduate studies, he contributed to public administration research in the PROMPT Lab and analyzed federal disaster recovery programs as an intern with the Government Accountability Office (GAO). Alec is driven by a commitment to advancing equitable policy solutions that improve outcomes for disadvantaged populations.
