Quality Specialist/BDS
Kim Cauley serves as the Quality Assurance Director for the Bureau of Disabilities Services (BDS). Throughout her career with the bureau, she has had the privilege of working in a variety of roles that have allowed her to support individuals with disabilities across many stages of their lives. These experiences have fueled her passion for improving outcomes for individuals with disabilities through strong quality assurance and quality improvement practices. Her work is grounded in the use of data, policy, and technical assistance and training to strengthen service delivery and promote person-centered supports. She holds a bachelor’s degrees in both Business Administration and Information Technology.
