Professional Development in Autism Project
Since 2009, IRCA has been involved in intensive coaching in districts across Indiana to support the implementation of evidence-based practices on behalf of students across the autism spectrum and at all grade levels. In some cases, these practices have been implemented school wide to support initiatives around PBIS, RTI and MTSS (multi-tiered system of support). IRCA staff work with school district staff on articulating personalized goals and developing a plan of action. Since 2009, IRCA staff have worked in over 125 schools in districts across Indiana.
Below are videos describing the PDA work. For more information contact Dr. Cathy Pratt, BCBA-D at prattc@indiana.edu or phone (812) 855-6508.
