Individual Experience Survey
The Center on Community Living and Careers is compiling data from disability service providers throughout Indiana to determine where people with intellectual and cognitive disabilities live and how they spend their time.
The data, representing more than 11,000 people with disabilities, is compiled into the “Individual Experience Survey Report.” Information from the report, which will be published annually, will be used to inform disability service providers, state agencies, and legislators about the effectiveness of programming or to pinpoint where there are areas for improvement.
