With continual change occurring in the service system and across our communities, now more than ever, it is crucial for managers to know how to build and support an extraordinary team. Unfortunately, turnover rates are high, and many directors and managers are wondering what to do to recruit, train, and retain talented staff to deliver competitive integrated employment services.
The third installment of our Leadership Strategies series features Cesilee Coulson, executive director of the Washington Initiative for Supported Employment. Join your VR and community employment colleagues as we share ideas, solutions, and perspectives.
