First Steps has provided funding for the Early Childhood Center (ECC) to continue professional development focused on improving the quality and impact of home visiting practices. In 2018-2019, we will offer training designed to help providers reduce no-show and cancellation rates as well as build strong relationships with families to increase their engagement. The focus of this training will be on practices that establish clear roles and responsibilities, assist in developing strong partnerships, and build relationships with families from the start.
