• Unable to travel to a vaccination site in the community? You might be eligible for the Hoosier Homebound EMS Vaccine Administration Program from the Family and Social Services Administration’s (FSSA). Contact your local Area Agency on Aging at or call (800) 986-3505.

• The national Disability Information and Access Line (DIAL) also can help people with disabilities find vaccine locations in their communities and assist with making appointments.
