Dr. Lucy Fischman is a district team facilitator with the Center on Education and Lifelong Learning (CELL) at the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community, Indiana University, Bloomington. She coordinates district work as part of the Indiana Center on Teacher Quality (ICTQ), as part of CELL.
Dr. Fischman has worked with the ICTQ since 2016. Prior to working at ICTQ, she was the principal at Binford and Highland Park Elementary schools, and taught social studies and was an Assisstant Principal at Batchelor Middle School, all in Bloomington.
Fischman earned a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Social Studies Education, a Masters in Teacher Leadership, a Masters in Strategic Management and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy, all through Indiana University Bloomington.
