Dr. Lucy Fischman has worked with ICTQ implementation districts in many capacities since 2016. Her doctoral work focused on principal leadership and training around teacher evaluation.
She was a social studies teacher and building administrator in Monroe County Community Schools for 15 years prior to working at ICTQ and remains active as a public school advocate.
Fischman has an Ed.D. in Education Leadership and Policy from Indiana University; MS in Strategic Management from IU Kelley School of Business.
