Kay Moore is a part-time secretary with the Center on Education and Lifelong Learning at the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community at Indiana University, Bloomington.

Moore started at the Indiana Institute in February 1987 and retired in August 2012. She returned to work part time. Moor’s work initially was to support students with disabilities in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE). Now she supports projects to broaden and include teacher training and services for adults with disabilities.
