In keeping with Mental Health Awareness Month, the Center on Community Living and Careers has published a new post for its blog Shared Solutions. The May 2020 post, "Shooting Down the Triggers for Anxiety Disorders," provides Indiana employment specialists and VR counselors with insights into the emotional and physical symptoms of anxiety, which can be immobilizing for some individuals.
Resources featured in the post point readers to more information about anxiety disorders as well as about workplace accommodations, like flexible schedules, breaks, or service animals, that can be often be helpful for employees with anxiety disorders.
