Those of us who are employment professionals share similar challenges. We all have individuals on our caseloads who are simply hard to figure out. What kind of work can this person do? Or perhaps the individual isn’t hard to figure out, but matching that person to an employer has you anxiety-ridden. Have you ever thought, “They have great skills and attitude, but where in the world will I find a business willing to hire?” If any of that sounds familiar, then you need a new tool in your job development toolbox.
During this three-hour topic training, find out what “customized employment” is and learn new strategies to develop a customized employment outcome for job seekers.
